1. Make a sacred transition. Helpful to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. This will allow you to relax and release yourself from a busy day. 2. Set an intention. What is your reasoning for experiencing a sound bath? Is it for physical or emotional healing? Relaxation, contemplation, insight, or divine connection? 3. Pack necessary items for comfort. Examples: pillow, bolster, eye mask, water, personal blanket, or yoga mat. 4. All are welcome to join and know you are safe in this sacred space. 5. Get Comfortable in your space with the items you bring blanket, pillow yoga mat etc.… 6. Allow yourself to receive the crystal alchemy bowls healing sounds, frequencies and vibrations wash over you. Breath work helps to further relax the mind and body. 7. Allow the feeling of love and gratitude to flow and know this is a sacred space to give yourself permission to release physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. We are one with all. 8. When we guide our awareness to the healing sounds, it allows our brainwaves to slow and shift to a relaxed state, in some cases drift off to sleep. You could also experience physical and mental sensations. 9. Mentally align with earth energy to ground before and after a crystal alchemy sound bath. Imagine walking barefoot in the grass on a warm sunny day or physically rubbing your hands together. This will help reconnect and align to your physical body before and after a crystal alchemy sound bath. Remember you still need to find your way home. 😊 10. Most importantly embrace the healing frequencies and relaxation.
